Parts Counter Position

Superior Hyundai South needs a full time Parts Counter employee for a busy Service Department. Will work Monday-Friday and Saturday coverage on a rotating schedule. Will be required to take and clarify customer orders and make recommendations for parts, receiving and recording new parts inventory, and maintaining parts databases. Ordering and stocking parts, issuing returns for items and returning damage items to suppliers. Must have good interpersonal skills to work with Auto Techs, dealership management and customers.

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Excellent customer service, problem solving, and communication skills
  • Physically must be able to move quickly, climb stairs and do some moderate lifting
  • Preference for previous experience in automotive parts department
  • Positive attitude with ability to develop good relationships with external and internal customers
  • Advanced Computer Skills
  • Pay commensurate with experience
